Working Together to Safeguard Children' 2018 - Chapter 1 paragraph requires the local safeguarding partners to deliver Multi-agency training collective understanding of local need and the services available to support children and young people. 2.2 Each partnership has a role in safeguarding training for local practitioners as well as in ensuring that safeguarding messages in terms of practice improvement, learning and resources are communicated clearly. With respect to the children's arrangements, in particular, 'Working Together' Chapter 1 paragraph requires[1] the local safeguarding partners to deliver Multi-agency training collective understanding of local need and the services available to support children and young people
