The initial contract term will be for 36 months with option to extend for a further 48 months (four periods of 12 months) subject to budget availability and contract performance as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between PS160,000 and PS474,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between PS474,000 and PS742,000 across the potential total 7 year contract term. The current contract expires end of 31st March 2018 and work is underway to extend the contract to 30th March 2019. Full details relating to the Goods/Services are provided in the tender documents.
