Deadline for submissions is the 12th December 2017. Service Commencement is 1st July 2018. To fulfil the requirement to supply 50 beds in total, the Contracting Authority welcomes submissions by lead provider with subcontracting arrangements, a consortium/ joint venture agreement. An extended ITT window has been provided for such arrangements to take place. The Contracting Authority can also offer to publish a provider's details on the E-Tendering portal for other organisations to see if they wish to be considered as a party member in a subcontracting arrangement if they cannot fulfil the requirement alone.
