Construction of a single storey brick and block plantroom, connection to existing services local to the site and installation of full electrical, mechanical and ventilation systems. Internal finishes and fixtures to complete two changing rooms with a capacity of 60 persons each, additional toilet and showering facilities, offices and on the first floor four classrooms, an office and viewing gallery over the existing sports hall.
