The training will be offered on a call-off basis, with schools able to decide to sign up for the training. The successful provider will be required to advertise the training to schools and recruit teaching assistants to this training. The successful provider must ensure that the training will be based within Fenland and East Cambridgeshire, and will need to be flexible with where the training sessions are based (for example, locating the training within schools and offering sessions in different locations) to ensure that it is accessible to the staff who require it. Upon completion of the training, the successful provider will submit a summary report to the Opportunity Area team.
