## Summary

NHS South of England Procurement Services, on behalf of Health Education England, is conducting a procurement process titled "Identifying the desired behaviours that will develop the culture that is needed across the learning disability system." This project, classified under education and training services, has an allocated budget of £45,000 and spans across the East and West Midlands in the UK. The procurement, initiated as a limited tendering process, reached its deadline for submitting quotations on 12 January 2018, with the contract period running from 2 February 2018 to 29 June 2018.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations interested in contributing to the transformation of learning disability services within the community. Businesses with expertise in research and behaviour analysis within healthcare systems would be particularly well-suited to compete, as the awarded contract involves identifying the necessary behaviours for promoting a culture of enabling community living. Engaging in this process could help these businesses expand their reach into the public sector, fostering growth and bolstering their profiles in the healthcare industry.
