The Trust is working with regulators to agree to deliver the scheme through two different phases, with the initial phase being just for Urgent Care, and the second case for bed and theatre expansion which is relevant to this procurement. The work is to take place between 1 September 2019 and the first week of October 2019 A confirmation of Expression of Interest is not required. All clarification questions and submissions MUST be via the Delta portal. The deadline for receipt of quotes is 12:00 Wednesday 31st July 2019. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
