NLB is committed to the achievement of future waste targets in line with Greening Government Commitment Targets, with a particular focus on the need for improved recycling capability and the pre-treatment of residual waste to landfill. NLB will consider alternative methods for handling, storage and disposal which are compatible and compliant with both best practise and current UK waste management legislation. There will be no limitation on the number of lots which will be awarded to any one supplier.
