She is due to be lifted out of the water and then barged up to Hartlepool where she will lie in the car park of the Museum for 3 years whilst a permanent indoor building is built for her. Dimensions (when on a cradle): 35m long x 8m wide x 8m high. We require a temporary building to cover the vessel for a minimum of 3 years. It needs to be able to withstand a marine environment with wind and salt water nearby. The building is anticipated for final installation autumn 2018 upon arrival of the vessel. The building is also required to cover a steam engine with dimensions 9m long x 3m wide x 6m high. Ideally we would like you to sell or rent, deliver, erect and offer a maintenance contract for the cover. It should be noted that the Employer may not necessarily award the contract to the lowest priced tenderer.
