NPEG Benchmarking Management Group (BMG) act on behalf of their current 37 Police Force Members, as detailed in the accompanying documents. The National Police Estates Group (NPEG) National Estate and Facilities Benchmarking service is designed to enable Member Forces to compare their costs and other aspects of their Estates' performance. It also provides Managers with an indication as to where money might be saved or better used or performance improved. The proposed contract period is for 3 years (with an option to extend by a further two-year period). The contract will commence on 01/04/2017.
