Marginal and in-channel habitat is good in places but marginal habitat is heavily focused on the private left bank, putting more pressure from flows on the public right bank. The contract will be project managed by the Countryside Management Service (CMS), part of Hertfordshire County Council, on behalf of the landowners Three Rivers District Council.
