## Notice

The Council is seeking to source the provision of Grounds maintenance of soft landscaping, hard standing and ad hoc structures. The Service Provider shall provide a fully comprehensive grounds maintenance service at any of the Council's premises as listed in the specification Appendix 1. Additional sites may be added to the contract in future including schools sports field maintenance. Current value of the service is estimated to be between PS100,000 to PS120,000 per annum. Tenderers are invited to tender for the provision of the Services described at Appendix 1 Specification for a term of Three (3) with an option for the Council to extend for up to two (2) twelve (12) month periods, anticipated to commence on 1 April 2022. Highest ranking supplier as per award MEAT criteria will be awarded the contract
