The MKCC Security department is responsible for the policies and procedures that define our approach and our response to security concerns. It is essential that we have security systems that are deployed effectively, serviced regularly and where necessary, alarms monitored to allow for a proactive response service mitigating risk to our assets. The purpose of this contract is to put arrangements in place for Repairs, Servicing, Maintenance, and Monitoring (including 24/7 emergency breakdown cover) for the Security systems across four of our core sites in Milton Keynes City Council. Sites are: 1. Whitehouse Health Centre - Dorset Way, Milton Keynes MK8 1EQ 2. Brooklands Health Centre - Montague Cres, Broughton, Milton Keynes MK10 7LN 3. Civic - 1 Saxon Gate, East, Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ 4.
