In order to support these activities, we require a cloud-based energy portfolio management solution, suitable for managing the GCA Energy portfolio frameworks, which includes; c.1,200 customers, c.108,000 power / gas meters, c. 80,000 sites There is currently no system in place to meet these requirements. This requirement will run on a 3 month trial period. If after the trial period concludes successfully, the supplier will be awarded the subsequent contract term and value. The value included in this notice is for the trial period only. Any subsequent contract term is subject to further budgetary approval which, will be confirmed at the future procurement stage. The proposed system must be able to accurately record the customer portfolio data for both gas and power, including site and meter information and assigned trading strategy. Each of the meters is assigned to a customer and a site. Each meter is attached to current and future Gas / Power buying strategies with varying buying lengths. The system must support the ability for nominated energy suppliers to access the meter data for their assigned customers. We also require the ability for customers to complete a self-serve audit of their portfolio and buying strategy, including the ability to request changes and additions to their portfolio. The system should have the The ability to extract data via API (REST) to integrate with the rest of our data infrastructure The successful supplier will be expected to provide ongoing management maintenance of the solution throughout the duration of the contract to ensure its effective running and optimisation.
