Following a mini competition process through Lot 7 - Civils [of the Stockport and Bury Framework Agreement for Highway Related Services], 2 bids were received. Due to some delays with regards to funding, formalised re-pricing exercises took place in September and April through the Chest. After evaluation of bids, Trafford Council determined that George Cox and Sons Limited are the winning bidders based on Most Advantageous Tender (MAT).
