The contractor will be required to: * Service Pressure Sets & Water Booster Pump Sets in buildings around the Borough of Swindon. * Produce and complete a maintenance programme for the Pressure Sets & Water Booster Pump Sets. Other Information The evaluation of tenders will be based on 70% total price and 30% quality. Contract Period The contract will be for an initial 1 year period commencing November 2017 with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year. This is a competitive tender and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.
