The marketing of W12 Conferences falls into two main areas; * conference centre, where the hire of rooms and catering are marketed to external sources * events where places on conferences are sold to delegates from around the world The Trust is seeking a specialist provider for a range of services; those listed below are examples of the types required, but this may not be an exhaustive list. * Strategy development * Creative campaigns * Digital marketing and social media * Direct marketing * Partnership marketing * Event campaigns * Reporting (and recommendation) e.g. analysis of website activity Additional information: The Trust will be using the NHS London Procurement Partnership member's e-sourcing portal powered by DueNorth to conduct the Procurement Process. Expression of interest is to be by way of completion of a Standard Selection Questionnaire which will run in conjunction with the advert. Potential bidders will be required to register their expression of interest via the portal and complete and submit a Standard Selection Questionnaire by the deadline date, i.e. noon on the 31/8/2017. Please ensure you register your company on our portal in sufficient time as new supplier requests must be approved before you will be enabled to register your expression of interest. If an expression of interest is not received by the time your interest will not be considered any further.
