## Notice

Derby City Council is seeking a Service Provider who will undertake the writing of EHC plans for children and young people up to the age of 25, following a statutory needs assessment and after an annual or interim review. This requirement relates to Part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014 and associated regulations including the 'Special educational needs and disability code of practice: 0 to 25 years'. It relates to children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and disabled children and young people. Please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 11.59pm, on 23/04/2020. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a bid. The deadline for returns is 10.00am on 24/04/2020. Please note: we will only accept expressions of interest through the e-tendering system.
