Framework Term: The Framework will operate on an initial 4 year basis from May 2020, with the option to extend for up to 10 years (4 years + 2 years + 2 years + 2 years = 10 years). Tendering Timetable: Initial Framework Opening Timetable: The procurement process will run with an initial framework opening time period, with tenders to be submitted by 4th March 2020. Any tenders submitted after 4th March 2020 will not be evaluated until after 6 May 2020. First 12 months of the Framework: After the Initial Framework Opening Timetable, Tenders may be submitted for evaluation at any time. The tender will be open for the first 12 months, until 31 March 2021. After the first 12 months of the Framework: It is the intention to re-open the Framework on an annual basis.
