## Summary

NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for the "Adult Autism Assessment, Diagnosis and Support Service for NHS Shropshire CCG," primarily focused on health services in the West Midlands, England. The engagement end date is set for 15 January 2019, and this tender aims to evaluate market interest in providing a comprehensive autism diagnosis service for adults. The commissioner is considering a two-year contract valued at approximately £48,000 per annum.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the health and social care sectors, particularly those specialising in autism support services, mental health, and consultancy. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) would be well-suited to compete, provided they have experience in delivering diagnostic services and ongoing support. Engaging with this procurement could not only enhance service offerings but also establish long-term relationships with the NHS, contributing positively to future business growth.
