The campaign is required to apply creative ideas and techniques to create a series of outputs, including but not limited to a television advert(s), digital/social media videos, radio advert(s) and newspaper advert(s). These can be tailored to reflect different target audiences as defined in the tenderer's Campaign Strategy. Target audiences for the campaign include: - Youth - Environmentally interested adults - General public The tenderer should be prepared to have the outputs translated into Sinhala and Tamil for outlets in those languages.
