The Council is seeking an experienced and innovative Provider to lead, co-ordinate and deliver Warrington's Healthy Child Programme 0-19 Service (up to 25 with SEND), with an effective skill mix team and specialist posts; to improve health, wellbeing and resilience and reduce the gap in child health and maternity outcomes. The contract will initially be for a period of 5 years with a possible extension of a further 2 years.
