The Principle Contractor will have overall responsibility for the site's Health & Safety during construction and for coordinating all trades on site. There will be 2 No parking spaces allocated on site for the contractors use. It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales. Works to be complete, commissioned and handed over to the client by 1st February 2019. Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection.
