This comprises 1,199 homes, a primary school, and local centre with up to 6,100m2 commercial floorspace and up to 2,100m2 (gross) for community uses. The utilities required are new electricity, gas, water and telecoms supplies. Gas is not expected to be required for the residential units on the site, but may be required for commercial units.
