## Summary

The Council are looking to gauge the appetite of investors interested in Cannock Town Centre. Approximate value PS18,000,000.00 The Council are looking to secure a developer who is capable of delivering a leisure-led cinema and eateries redevelopment scheme in Cannock Town Centre. The site is owned by Cannock Chase Council and is a former multi-storey car park. Public investment to aide financial viability maybe required by the Council. Cannock Chase Council would like to hear from interested parties with regard to delivering a leisure led redevelopment scheme in Cannock Town Centre. Market responses to this PIN Notice are requested by no later than 28th June 2019. Additional information: No further procurement documents are available at this time.
