The initiative aims to develop an Access Management Solution for various services accessed by both internal and external users. The engagement end date for suppliers was set for 23rd February 2018, although interested parties were encouraged to participate in a webinar that took place on 11th August 2016 to discuss the requirements further. Following this, a Request for Information (RFI) was published, with responses due by 30th August 2016. Registration for the RFI closed on 29th August 2016. The designated location for this procurement is the North East region of the United Kingdom. The purpose of the webinar is for the NHSBSA's Customer Access Team to engage with suppliers so as to inform our requirements for any future procurement of tools/services. PLEASE NOTE THE WEBINAR WAS HELD ON THE 11TH AUGUST. THE OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER FOR THE WEBINAR HAS NOW CLOSED. Following the Webinar a Request for Information (RFI) has been published via the NHSBSA's e-tendering site. Suppliers are now invited to respond to the RFI. The closing date for suppliers to register for the RFI is 29th August 2016. RFI responses are required by no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 30th August 2016. Please note that this is a RFI only. You should note that this is a benchmark and market research exercise only and is not an invitation to tender or invitation to offer an agreement. Background to the Project What?: The NHSBSA is looking to develop and implement of an Access Management Solution for all of our services which are accessed by internal and external users such as the general public. Why?: We believe that implementing such a solution will reduce operational cost and improve quality of services we deliver.
