It aims to reduce health inequalities of children and families living in the most deprived areas of Leeds by targeting overweight and/or inactive children, young people and their families by delivering a Family Healthy Living Programme. The Family Healthy Living Programme will offer a programme to reduce child obesity; it shall meet client needs which develop lifestyle skills, improve healthy behaviour and uses a strengths based and solution focussed approach.
