Onward's housing stock is managed as 3 regions: Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. Each region is further divided in to a number of Neighbourhoods, reflecting local boundaries. Onward is a not-for-profit organisation, committed to the regeneration and sustainability of the North West region, with a primary focus on making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Onward are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, accredited and experienced Contractor to a sole source framework, to undertake relevant Asbestos removal across the group for all 3 regions. This will allow Onward to meet it's compliance responsibilities in accordance with Asbestos management. The scope of the contract will predominately be for licenced removal works with elements of non-licenced removal and remedial works following removal.
