Brief Description of Requirement: Digital identity and attribute services allow individuals to prove things about themselves easily and securely without the need for paper documents. They will enable smoother, cheaper and more secure online transactions as well as expanding the options for buying products and services offline too. Digital identities will boost economic growth by reducing costs, time and data leakage. DSIT is working to enable the use of trusted digital identities in the UK. To ensure that these services can be adopted with confidence, DSIT is developing a framework of standards, governance and legislation. The UK digital identity and attributes trust framework (trust framework) is a set of rules and standards that show what a good digital identity looks like. Organisations looking to prove they meet trust framework standards need to get certified by certification bodies accredited by the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS). Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
