Loughborough University are currently working with University of Leicester, De Montfort University and University of Northampton (under the consortium name Pathways) to deliver a scheme of work for HEFCE's National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP). As part of this we would like to develop an engaging and highly interactive website and are seeking a digital agency to carry out the development work on the website and also produce all of the interactive elements detailed and to the timescales set out in this document.
