The Day Visitor Catering contract comprises the operation of three fixed catering outlets, namely The Seed Cafe, The Stables Restaurant, The Redwood Coffee Shop and mobile catering within the grounds of Wakehurst. The Venue Hire contract comprises the sales and marketing of Venue Hire in the Wakehurst Venues to include the Mansion House, the Seed Bank Atrium and on the Croquet Lawn and the provision of catering services.
