## Notice

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is an integrated organisation providing acute health care services, community health services and adult social care. The Authority runs Torbay Hospital, a number of community hospitals and health & wellbeing centres The Authority requires a Supplier to enter into a Contract for the Provision of a Fully Managed Vending service for Torbay Hospital and its various community sites within South Devon. The Contract will be awarded for 5 years, with the option to extend for two 12-month periods The following details provide an overview of our organisation: * We have one acute site with 450 beds * 6500 employees in South Devon * 3 Community hospitals (Newton Abbot not included) * 3 Health & Wellbeing centres (Teignmouth not included) The supplier shall offer vending machines and services including but not limited to the following categories: * Free standing Hot and Cold beverage machines that can dispense either o closed ingredients systems o cartridge and/or capsule systems o Fresh brews options o In -cup systems and chilled water. * Machines that dispense carbonates, bottled and canned drinks * Machines that dispense Confectionery and Snacks * Any other associated products and consumables Be able to offer machines with different payment methods i.e. coins, notes, card, contactless For a fully managed service, the supplier shall offer the following mandatory levels of service: * Machines will be sufficiently stocked so that product does not run out * Machines will be sufficiently maintained so that they do not breakdown. * In the event of a breakdown, machines will be fixed within 24 hours.
