Including new street furniture, street lighting, CCTV poles, ducting. Paving is to be a selection of high quality specialist materials for surface finishes as well as public realm enhancement works including street furniture and bespoke water features and adjustments to existing features within the works area. The scheme will also require new traffic signage for the local area. Works are to be undertaken in accordance with the phased programme and mini launches are to be undertaken by the Contractor at handover upon completion of phased areas. The objective of the works is to create improvements to the Public Realm within Great Square, Market Square and High Street and Bank Street.)
