## Notice

The department has an established approach to performance frameworks developed specifically for this work which the analysts will be expected to use and iterate as the work progresses. A good understanding of performance frameworks and KPI setting, experience of leading workshops and successfully engaging stakeholders including senior leaders will be essential skills.
