## Summary

The Nottinghamshire County Council is conducting a procurement process for the "Education Health and Care (EHC) Plan Writing" framework, aimed at enhancing services for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) aged 0-25 in the East Midlands region of the United Kingdom. The procurement is currently at the Award stage, with the contract period starting from March 1, 2017, to February 28, 2021. This open procedure tender was initiated with an estimated value of £120,000, and it allows for the establishment of a Primary Provider and up to three additional suppliers to ensure high-quality EHC Plans within specified statutory timelines.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs), to engage in the provision of essential educational and health services. Companies with experience in delivering personalised educational plans and a solid understanding of SEND requirements would be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. Successful bidders will play a crucial role in shaping the provision of inclusive education and support services in Nottinghamshire, thereby contributing to the development of the local community and enhancing their corporate visibility in the public sector.
