There is one lot covering the following: enterprise resource planning, human capital management, financial accounting, procurement, reporting, customer relationship management, workflow technologies, content services, service portal, integration software, support and maintenance for these services. Additional information: The start date of this Framework Agreement is 06/04/2021. The expiry date of the Framework Agreement is 05/04/2025. The framework will be established for 30 months with the option for CCS to extend for a further 18 months. The 18 month extension period has been utilised.
