## Notice

The aim of this tender is to create a Framework Agreement maximum of three suitable Service Providers of Intellectual Property (IP) Services that can be used by the University to assess, capture and protect University-generated IP that has potential for assignment to Spin-out companies supported through the project. The tender is to support the project with Intellectual Property services; these may include, but are not restricted to: * Drafting and filing UK and international patent applications * Prosecution of UK, PCT and international patent applications * UK and international registered trademark guidance and applications * UK and international registered design guidance and applications * Freedom to operate analysis/searches * Assignment of intellectual property rights * Other relevant IP professional services as required The intellectual property will be generated from across a diverse range of sectors: * Transport technologies * Building technologies/construction * Advanced manufacturing and advanced engineering * Environmental technologies * Applied materials * Agri-tech/agriculture, food and drink * Medical technologies * Energy generation * Defense and securities Additional information: Please follow the link to access tender documents - https://wlv.bravosolution.co.uk
