## Notice

As a result we are looking for transferable skills that could address a variety of different policy issues within the business retail market. We expect you will form a key part of a small team focussed on monitoring the effectiveness of the business retail market. You will play a key role helping to shape the evidence that Ofwat should use to monitor the effectiveness of the business retail market in its third year (April 2019-Mar 2020) and beyond. This will involve helping to shape the design of any customer research commissioned by Ofwat and any evidence sought from trading parties.
