## Notice

The work will consist of upgrading / replacing kitchens at various Council owned properties throughout the Borough of Colchester. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The contract is for a maximum of 4 years. After year, the council and the contractor will agree on the continuation of years 2-4.
