CONTRACT AWARD The works consist of repair and refurbishment works to a single storey detached property within the Santon Downham complex. This comprises of the following elements: *replacement of the roof structure and apply insulation *recover the roof with utilising the existing pantiles where possible *installation of new soffit, fascia boards and rainwater good *structural repairs to the walls *replace all timber windows with new Upvc double glazed units *insulation the walls and floor internally *removal and infill of the existing doors to the South & East elevations *removal of existing internal finishes throughout *alteration works to drainage and plumbing *alteration works to existing mechanical and electrical systems *installation of new mechanical and electrical components *installation of new finishes throughout *installation of new sanitary ware and associated plumbing components *all other works identified within the schedule of works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
