The service will involve: * arranging and facilitating family meetings with the aim of keeping the children/young person with their birth family * resolving conflict and negotiation * assisting families in agreeing a suitable care plan * bringing a clinical perspective to meetings The successful provider will need to: * demonstrate an ability to work within a dynamic and innovative Children's Social Care Service * have the ability to keep records and produce management information, * evaluate input and outcomes of the Family Network Meeting * keep to agreed budgets and maintain tight financial controls providing clear and detailed records of expenditure The contract will be awarded for 3 years (starting July 2019) with the option to renew for up to a further 2 years in increments of one year subject to performance and funding. The maximum budget available for this provision is PS101,550.00 per year. Please note that the Council will be seeking bids that offer value for money. The Council will be carrying out a restricted tender process which means short listing will take place after the completion and evaluation of a Supplier Questionnaire prior to organisations being invited to tender.
