This initiative aims to gather information from potential providers interested in partnering with the NHS to strengthen health services both in England and internationally. The engagement end date is set for 20th July 2021, with opportunities geared towards NHS systems and providers, including Integrated Care Systems and Foundation Trusts. Interested parties can access the tender notice and participate in this early engagement by completing questionnaires available on the e-tendering portal. This Request for Information (RFI) presents significant opportunities for healthcare providers, particularly those involved in education and training services, to engage with Health Education England. NHS organisations, Higher Education Institutes, and social care providers would be well-suited to participate, either individually or in consortia, to enhance their involvement in international health partnerships. The process also includes a planned webinar in July for networking and further discussion, allowing businesses to better understand the requirements and position themselves for future tender opportunities. ## Notice Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from potential providers into the likely interest in the proposed Global Health Partnerships Framework. The Global Health Partnerships Directorate at HEE builds international partnerships to strengthen health systems and services in England and across the world. Working with partners to plan, educate and train an international health workforce. We are seeking NHS provider groups and local NHS Systems group to partner with on new global opportunities. The Framework will be open to NHS systems and providers which take NHS trainees, including Integrated Care Systems (ICS), Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs), Foundation Trusts, and University Hospitals. NHS organisations can join the Framework individually or as part of a consortium or system. HEE strongly recommends providers collaborate with other healthcare providers, Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) and social care providers to improve their chances of hosting partnerships. A lead provider can be identified to complete the compliance process. It is also our intention to host a planned webinar (Market Engagement) in July 2021 to share more information with organisations interested in potential opportunity to be listed on the Global Health Partnerships Framework. Please RSVP by Friday 9th July 2021 (12noon) with the name, title and contact details for attendees (a maximum of two attendees per organisation) to global.partnerships@hee.nhs.uk and an invite to the MS Teams session will be sent prior to the confirmed webinar date. The process will also provide an opportunity to network with others in this field. HEE will use the opportunity to gather intelligence and may influence and inform the development of the final tender.
