The construction is based on traditional block cavity with external cedar cladding. There will be a flat roof finished against the existing structure. External landscaping to raise ground levels for accessibility to adjacent external doors and the new extension. All associated Electrical and Mechanical service. Data and communications installation are part of the works and the Principle Contractor will be required to carry out these works and co-ordination of all service contractors. The award of contract will be the Most Economic Advantageous Tender received. It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales. All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.
