The main features of the arrangement include:- * A complete void protection management service throughout Midland Heart's geographic scope, including the supply, delivery, installation, de-securing and removal from site, of void protection screens and alarms, with the provision of temporary intruder/fire alarm system with centralised control and 24-hour monitoring. * Estate management services including rubbish clearance and graffiti removal, lone worker protection and facilities for the discreet securing of domestic properties in sensitive areas. * Guaranteed response times detailed within this specification, using teams from local depots, allowing quick authorized access to properties * Security screens and doors are to be made available to secure all types of property, including those scheduled for demolition, offering a formidable deterrent to vandalism, theft, arson and squatting. * Secure the property quickly and efficiently
