The Fencing works will comprise of front and rear boundaries and ad hoc inter boundary fencing. The Contractor will also be required to provide a Customer Liaison service throughout the works. The agreement is to be a multi-year agreement under the JCT Measured Term 2016 Form of Contract enabling calling off Orders for works when individual requirements arise. The pricing will be based on the NHF Schedule of Rates ver.7.
