Part of the UK Ministry of Defence's (MOD) Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP), KBS Maritime will provide technology-led and data-driven facilities management and dockside services at the base. Roofing to Workshop/Industrial Buildings - Design and execution of any structural repair/strengthening works - Design of PV array support system, ensuring no thermal bridging or damage to the new roof covering. - Removal of existing roof covering, installation of new roof covering with insulation and PV panel support items as per design. - Design of PV array suitable to support the requirements of the building. - Design of modifications/upgrades to existing electrical infrastructure to allow connection to PV array. - Installation of PV array and connection to building's electrical infrastructure. 'Design' tasks in the list above will be progressed to Detailed Design (RIBA Stage 4).
