The Contract will be divided into 3 Lots : - Lot 1 - Baltic Arts Centre Property Insurance for Gateshead Council. Lot 2 - Commercial and Industrial Property Insurance for Gateshead Council. Lot 3 - Combined Liability and Motor Vehicle Cover for Gateshead Council Suitably qualified Companies are invited to submit responses for 1 or more Lots. Gateshead Council will follow the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for this procurement process.
