## Notice

The RAAC slabs are present in two principal areas: Above two Lightwells / Atriums at first floor level and to the roof of the roof level Plant Room. This project is split into two principal Phases as outlined below - a Design Phase (1) and a Build Phase (2), each with their own corresponding Work Packages. The SubContractor shall provide firm costs for all works under Phase 1 and estimated costs for works under Phase 2.
