## Notice

The same supplier was critical as a gap in service/new supplier mobilisation would've had a detrimental impact. The contract is for, but not limited to: For managing Police Professional Standards The Licensee shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that it shall: a) provide a suitable person to act under telephone guidance to install software alterations and make any necessary changes to existing data; b) provide the System to a specification agreed by FIS of sufficient specification and reliability to host successfully both the Licensed Software and any ancillary software such as the Microsoft Office products Word and Excel; c) provide sufficient operating System support to allow Users access to the System and to its ancillary software (and the support must be sufficient to ensure that the System and its ancillary software are able to interact correctly); d) maintain a backup facility adequate to allow retrieval of clean and full (not incremental) data from the previous working day's data; e) ensure that Users of the application and its associated software have sufficient practitioner knowledge, technical capability and training in the System's use to operate it successfully; and f) provide a Licensee Contact whose contact details shall be communicated to FIS from time to time and who shall deal with all matters relating to the Agreement.
