## Summary

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is currently overseeing the procurement process for the "GLA81815 Service User Involvement - Transitions to Adulthood Hub" project, classified under health and social work services. This initiative aims to enhance service user engagement for young adults on probation in Newham, London. The tender was published on 19th March 2021 and the deadline for submissions was 19th April 2021. The anticipated contract value is £70,000, with the contract period set to commence on 7th July 2021 and conclude on 31st March 2023. The procurement method is not specified, but it targets a community-focused audience, particularly those experienced in social services.

This tender presents an opportunity for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that specialise in engaging with young adults, social support services, or community-focused programmes. Businesses that can demonstrate a strong understanding of rehabilitation, mental health support, and the specific needs of the probationary demographic would be well-positioned to compete for this contract. The focus on co-production of services, informed by young adults' experiences, further highlights the need for providers that excel in participatory engagement and can foster collaborations within the community.
